The stories in which people live next to robots have long ceased to be purely fantastic. Nowadays, they are perceived more as a description of the future, and, judging by the pace of technology development, the future is not so distant. In the meantime, scientists in laboratories create "mechanical people", real people continue to worry about the question: life next to robots - what will it look like?
Digital artist Franz Steiner suggested his own scenario. In his Personal robots series of images, the author invites us to look at a society where robots have become full partners of humans in all walks of life.
As can be seen from the images, the robots of the future are able to both help a person in their work, having dealt with the most difficult issues, and to share their leisure with him by playing a chess game. Going on vacation? The cyber assistant will stay in your apartment and carefully water the flowers and wipe the dust. Franz Steiner did not forget about the intimate sphere, giving us the opportunity to admire the robot lover. Kisses with a robot and a sweet dream in its arms - is it really a few decades later that it will become the norm?
Franz Steiner lives and works in Los Angeles (USA). The author graduated from the German Film School. In 2004, he founded Blutsbrueder Design in Düsseldorf, Germany, collaborating with renowned advertising agencies, fashion magazines and brands. In the same year, a branch of the company was opened in Berlin, and in 2007 a representative office of Blutsbrueder Design was opened in New York. Among the clients are Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen, Apple, Dupont, Microsoft and others.
