Hong Kong's Mong Kok area is the most populous area on the planet. According to the Guinness Book of Records, the population density here is about 130 thousand people per square kilometer. There is a brisk trade in everything practically around the clock, and traditional two-storey shops coexist with ultra-modern glass-concrete shopping centers, which creates a very unusual effect. Mong Kok, shining with neon lights, is dearly beloved by Chinese directors, and gangsters specializing in blackmail and extortion are also operating here.

Easter Island, one of the most remote inhabited islands in the world, is famous for its amazing sculptures, giant moai idols. Carved from volcanic stone, over time they partially sank into the ground, which is why only heads rise above the surface of the island. On Ahu Tongariki, the largest ritual site on Easter Island, there are 15 such statues that look inland with their backs to the ocean. In the 19th century, many moai statues were knocked down by some unknown force, and scientists are still wondering what it could be. And in the middle of the last century, some of them were damaged by a strong tsunami; therefore, fragments of amazing statues can be found in different parts of the island.

The needle-headed blend, a small fish that lives in salty sea or ocean water, prefers to hide from hazards among the coral reefs that form a kind of tower. It turned out to be an excellent underwater shelter, hidden in the thick of sea grass.

The province of Mustang, located on the border of Nepal with Tibet, is called a mysterious principality, a mystical secret, another world and a lost paradise on earth. Historians and archaeologists believe that the civilization in Mustang was 800 BC. And the special charm of this area is given by the fact that it was opened for visits by tourists only 20 years ago, and it was found that time here seemed to stand still. In the ancient city of Tsarang, the local population lives in exactly the same way as they did centuries ago.

The most picturesque view of Sugarloaf Mountain and Botafogo Bay, one of the most famous beaches in Rio de Janeiro, opens at dusk. The coast is flooded with lights, it is quiet and calm around, and only yachts are regularly swaying on the waves between Botafogo and Sugarloaf.
