Our life is movement. Even when a person is asleep, he is still in motion, because he cannot do otherwise. This idea became the leitmotif of the "long-playing" art project Misunderstanding focuswhere the artists Yoshihisa Tanaka and Ryuta Iida demonstrated what happens to the face of a person sitting motionless in three minutes with a ponytail. The changes that are invisible to the eye that are happening to us can be seen in the photographs that make up this very Misunderstanding Focus project. The "inaccurate" portraits were created from hundreds of photographs of models sitting still for three minutes. Subsequently, these pictures became fragments of one multi-layered photograph.

The jewelry work of artists, in the end, became a confirmation of the fact that a person cannot be absolutely motionless, no matter how hard he tries. Facial expressions, muscles cannot be "frozen", the center of gravity is constantly shifting, which is why such artistic "blur" appears in photographs. Doesn't it look like a cut of a tree with annual rings, which are also responsible for the passage of time?
