Already in the hotel lobby, visitors find themselves in a unique atmosphere, as it looks more like an elite car park than a traditional reception. Visitor rooms are amazing, as each is decorated in its own themed style. Here you can find a race track, a cinema parking, and a tuning studio. It seems that the imagination of designers is simply limitless. To achieve maximum realism, the rooms are decorated with real car parts. For example, in a cinema room, you can see not only the glowing "starry sky" on the ceiling, but also large studio lamps, as well as a TV with a huge screen. In addition, in many rooms, even the beds are made from old cars, so the impression is quite surreal.

The V8 is housed in a building that has long functioned as one of the terminals at Boblingen Airport. During World War II, squadrons of ME-109 fighter planes rose from here. During the war years, the airport (which, moreover, was located in the industrial center of Stuttgart) was repeatedly bombed and destroyed. The decision to restore the building was made by the German authorities relatively recently. In 2009, reconstruction was completed here: half of the building is occupied by the V8 hotel, the second is reserved for the Meilenwerk Automobile Museum, which displays expositions of classic, vintage and cash-in-transit vehicles. By the way, the idea of using cars for interior decoration is not new: on our website Kulturologiya.ru we have already written about the unusual Taiwanese restaurant P. S. Bu Bu, where instead of the usual tables, visitors are offered to sit … behind the wheel of a car!
