Nikolai Koster-Valdau, an actor from Denmark who played the role of Jamie Lannister in the famous TV series Game of Thrones, caught his manager in deception. Whether the manager is really a liar will now be examined by the court.

According to one of the virtual news resources, it all started with the fact that the Danish actor considered too large a fee of 10% of the amount that Koster-Valdau receives for filming the famous series. He said that the agreement with the agent was made orally. But the manager said that a verbal agreement would not be enough and insisted on signing a written contract. The Danish actor had to go to sign this document, because otherwise his manager could not deal with obtaining a visa for him so that he could take part in the filming of the series in other countries. So she explained to Nikolai the need to sign the agreement.

According to the actor, in 2011 he had to sign a document so that there were no difficulties during the filming of "Game of Thrones". In 2014, the contract needed to be renewed, and the actor signed it again. Koster-Waldau himself says that he was forced to do this. The manager disagrees with the accusations from the actor. According to her, this actor himself turned to the manager in 2014 and offered to sign a written agreement. The following year, he decided to renew this document. On the basis of this document, 10% of the amount that the actor receives for filming the series becomes agent Nikolai's fee.

The actor filed a lawsuit on Friday. Earlier in the media there was information about how much the actors of the series "Game of Thrones" receive for shooting. In just one episode of the series, Lena Headey, Emilia Clarke, Kit Harington, Nikolai Coster-Waldau and Peter Dinklage receive $ 2.56 million. 10% of this amount is quite an impressive fee for an agent, and for an actor this money is not superfluous, and therefore one can understand the dissatisfaction of the Danish actor. It is assumed that the actors will receive such high fees during the filming of the next season.

Game of Thrones is one of the most anticipated TV series. In July, the show of the next season started, which became the seventh in a row. It is shown in many countries around the world.
