The electricity generated in this way should be sufficient to service the hotel. In addition, the building will be equipped with a rainwater collection system, as well as a mini-plant for ocean water desalination. In addition to the fact that the building itself will not pollute the environment, the filtration system will have a beneficial effect on the condition of the water basin.
