There are such people - perfectionists. And if one of these comrades undertakes to cut halloween pumpkin, then he certainly will not be limited to a toothy grin and slits for the eyes. No. He will carve a really cool pumpkin the size of a carriage, from which feisty zombies crawl in different directions! Such a creation will not be able to be repeated for a long time - after all, the sculpture is based on the largest pumpkin in the world.
The author of this vegetable sculpture is the American sculptor and master of carving Ray Villafane, already well-known to the readers of Culturology. Ru. We have already admired both his pumpkins for Halloween, and the sand sculpture of Dante's devil in detail … Ray's talent is highly regarded all over the world. And the new challenge that the sculptor threw himself was two huge pumpkins at once: a 761-kilogram vegetable harvested by the Bordsen couple and an 825-kilogram garden titanium grown by Jim Bryson. The second pumpkin is the largest in the world! So Villafane's work was epic before it even started.
The Bordsen and Bryson knew who to trust the pumpkin. Villafane did not regret the texture and natural shape of the huge vegetable, covered it with cracks, and carved a zombie from the insides of a smaller pumpkin. The texture of the fruit was the best fit for depicting the risen dead.
Hardly anyone will repeat or surpass the masterpiece of carving: after all, for this you need to take even more epic vegetables! Ray Villafane's Halloween Pumpkin will be exhibited at the New York Botanical Gardens (and this, believe me, is a great honor) throughout the holiday. And if it seems to you that the pumpkin turned out to be too scary, and you should have cut something more optimistic - well, you probably don't understand something about Halloween.
