Gender roles are very blurred today. More and more men remain “on the farm” or go on parental leave, while women are happy to build their careers and earn more than their spouses. Photographer Jon Uriarte decided to investigate this factor, and at the same time create a collection where men would be depicted against the background of the home environment in the clothes of their girlfriends. The idea turned out to be so successful that within a few weeks young people began to call the photographer with an offer to take part in a unique photo experiment.
The collection itself is regarded in two ways. On the one hand, men in women's clothes look ridiculous, which once again underlines the unnaturalness of the modern distribution of roles in some families. On the other hand, a huge number of pictures makes you think about a radical restructuring in society. After all, if so many young people are ready to give up their careers for the sake of housekeeping, then the world has really changed.
Someone, in response to this trend, assures that the government should carry out special work on restructuring the psyche of men so that they return to their old roles. And others assure that you need to get used to such a phenomenon and take male housewives for granted, and not as a misunderstanding. The only ones who perceive the blurring of gender roles in society with a bang are children. Indeed, in this situation, they see their fathers much more often than the children of previous generations.

How the world's first clothing brand for little women conquered Japan and the USSR: Madame Carven
Usually fashion brands bear the names of their creators, but in this story, things turned out a little differently. The founder of the Carven house has always been called Madame Carven, but in reality she bore a different name. Madame Curven dressed stewardesses, taught men not to be afraid of elegant aromas, conquered Japan and opened a "window to Europe" for Vyacheslav Zaitsev. But - as strange as it may sound - the fashion house Carven might not have been born, if its creator was … taller
Where are your wings: women's clothing from a designer in Australia
In ancient Russian art, a woman was often identified with a bird. Suffice it to recall the mythical birds of paradise Sirin and Alkonost or a very real person, Princess Yaroslavna, who, mourning those who died in the battle against the Polovtsy, wanted to “turn into a cuckoo” in order to fly along the Danube. Modern designer Roza Kamitova turns women into birds in her own way: she creates amazing stoles, which depict wings with luxurious plumage
