On September 20-26, the IV All-Russian Festival of Special Theaters "Protheatr" was held in Moscow. Special theaters are theater groups in which people with disabilities play. A special theater is not a fake, not an imitation of a professional theater. It forms a new aesthetics: one of the best performances at the festival was a collection of plastic miniatures in the genre of "black theater" "I am such a tree", his images attract with their simplicity and at the same time wonderfulness. Their transformations are captivating, awakening the viewer's imagination.

A performance in the genre of pantomime and "black theater" (it uses the effect of the glow of white objects in the dark under ultraviolet light). "I am such a tree" was directed by a young talented director Alexei Vladimirovich Talashkin, head of the studio "Gest" (a group of social rehabilitation of the deaf), which exists at the Institute of Social Rehabilitation of the Novosibirsk State Technical University (ISR NSTU).
The collective works at the junction of pantomime and "black theater". "Black Theater" helps to create vivid allegorical images, pantomime sets the accuracy of their group performance. Each miniature is the creation of a new world in the struggle between light and darkness. All of them are united by one common theme, rendered in the title. “I am such a tree. Not better and not worse, just different …"
Actors write about their work in the following way: “We want to show the world in such a light, a different world in which we live. Just do it now with us and then maybe you will see how we see it! I am another tree! I think every participant of the festival can say this about himself … I am a different tree! I am a different person, no better and no worse than others, but just a different … Special … Special! Do not rush to push me away simply because I do not look like you! Try to peer, listen! Try to see and hear this that is no longer a secret for us. So far we live only next to ordinary people, but we can and should be together! It is only necessary for everyone to understand the one who is nearby and allow them to say about themselves: "I am such a tree!" »
