We all know who King Kong and Godzilla are, but hardly anyone is ready to believe that all this can really be. Tremble, O unbelievers, for it has happened - gigantic animals have filled the residential areas of China. True, only in the photographs of Di Liu, and, in principle, there is nothing to be afraid of, but they are just like the real ones!

Gigantomania is, of course, not uncommon. If you are not sure if you can create something brilliant, create something too big - it will generate interest anyway, whether it be giant snails in Miami from the Cracking art group, or giant ants from Raphael Gomez Barres, or giant snakes from Danish creative advertising.

Di Liu is a 25-year-old photographer from China. In 2010, he received 12 nominations for the prestigious Lacoste Elysée Award. His giant animals represented the Beijing Society of Fine Arts. Well, three shots, with a rhino, a deer and a rabbit, won the top prizes.

Di Liu, at 25, is already widely known for his work dealing with the complex interrelationships of human nature. No wonder the photo with giant animalslocated in the heart of human settlements, part of the Animal Control cycle. Perhaps Liu is referring to population control. According to the photographer himself, these animals have become an integral part of the city's life.

Unfortunately, Di Liu himself is a dark horse. He apparently does not have his own website, but it remains to be hoped that now, when Liu will work with Lacoste products as a prize, we will definitely hear more about him.
