How many times have we promised ourselves to start a new life, an indispensable part of which would be regular sports. And how many times have they moved the date of this significant event, clinging to the slightest obstacles and excuses - from Monday, from the new year, from the new month … Nike decided to help us cope with invented obstacles by decorating four Moscow parks with striking 3D pictures as part of the project “I I'm running."
I Run involves organized runs every day in one of ten Moscow parks under the guidance of Nike coaches. To increase the popularity of the project and attract new participants to a healthy lifestyle, the company invited two well-known German street art masters - Marion Ruthardt and Gregor Wosik - to the Russian capital and tasked them with creating pictures on the asphalt that would satisfy the concept of the project.
The artists work from July 24 to August 7, and as a result, all residents of Moscow, who decided to run in Bitsevsky Park, Serebryany Bor, Sokolniki or Vorobyovy Gory, will be able to admire 3D paintings drawn directly on the treadmills. There are five drawings in total (one in each park and two in Serebryany Bor). Each of them depicts an abyss, which, at the same time, can be overcome - with the help of a log thrown over it, a suspension bridge, stone islands. “Overcome obstacles, do not create them. The obstacles in your path are just an illusion. Run towards them - they will not be able to stop you,”- this is the main idea of the project.
And although 3D paintings were created primarily to popularize running, their idea can be applied to all areas of life. The illusory abyss is precisely what often prevents us from doing the necessary work. And although there are almost always ways to overcome it, we prefer to just ignore them and live in the old way. Perhaps thanks to Nike's efforts, something will change?

Accustomed to the fact that it is always noisy and bustling around, cars scurry along the roads, and passers-by along the streets, we can hardly imagine what could have been, and once it was, quite differently. Bubble film filled with paint. Unusual paintings by Bradley Hart from the Injections art project
Perhaps, there is no such person who could resist the temptation to burst a dozen or two bubbles on the packaging plastic film, which is wrapped in especially "delicate" electronics. The merry bubble madness that has swept the world is sometimes equated with meditation, as the process is believed to have a calming effect. American artist Bradley Hart is also not indifferent to bubble wrap. Huge rolls of this polyester are kept in his workshop
