Making coffee correctly is a whole art, it's not just pouring a spoonful of coffee into a cup and pouring boiling water over it. Making coffee correctly is a whole skill that has been learned for more than one year, later becoming a professional barista.
A barista - a coffee-making specialist must be able to make the "right" coffee and present it to the visitor, not only enchanting the clients with the taste of his masterpiece, but also with the visual qualities.
Kofi art. This is what he calls the skill of creating drawings on the crema of coffee. Such masterpieces can only be created with talented hands and creative minds. Drawing such pictures on coffee foam is a habitual occupation of coffee masters in elite restaurants and coffee shops, who are able to make a masterpiece from every drop of coffee and present it to the visitor with dignity.
The classic art of coffee painting originated in Italy and is based on the use of a special technique of pouring whipped milk into a cup when preparing cappuccino and latte. The whipped milk is mixed in a cup of coffee to form various patterns and silhouettes on the surface.
The most common patterns in coffee art are a flower and a heart. But you can also draw simple geometric shapes and more intricate pictures, even animals. It should be said that a lot influences the pattern in the cup, firstly, the point at which the milk is poured, and secondly, the trajectory of the pitcher's movement.
Even the most complex designs are done with a simple wooden stick.
