How much you need to love nature, and how much you need to get carried away with photography in order to voluntarily wake up at 6 in the morning and go to the coast for picturesque pictures throughout the year. This is how the photographer spent one year of his life. Robert Weingarten … He photographed sunrises of unreal beauty, every day from the same place on the shore. And later he released a collection of photographs, which is called: "6:30 AM" … An experienced landscape photographer knows that the most colorful photographs are taken a few hours before sunrise, at dawn, and a few hours after sunset, at sunset. Then the sun's rays decorate the sky, clouds, water surface or snow covers on earth with amazing colors. Therefore, photographers sacrifice morning sleep, preferring to hunt with a camera for those amazing shots that the whole world then admires. Among them are the picturesque sunrises by Robert Weingarten, filmed in Santa Monica.
Not every day, but with enviable regularity, Robert went on a photo-hunt on the coast. And on a clear day, and on a cloudy one, on a foggy and cloudless day, in any weather and any time of the year - after all, every day for a landscape painter is special, unique, unrepeatable. Such colors, such clouds you will not see twice. That is why the author of the collection "6:30 AM" did not change the shooting location. For nothing, that all frames are made from one point and in one direction. All the same, they are different. Multi-colored, with different moods and temperaments. This was what made the photo project interesting both for the photographer himself and for the audience who looked at its presentation.
In addition to this project, Robert Weingarten has many ideas, both in the future and those that have already been implemented. You can see the author's portfolio on his website.
