What do you think you can end up in jail for? Oh, there may be not just a mass of reasons, but hundreds, tens, thousands … But how long has it become a crime to draw graffiti? It turns out that drawing is also not possible everywhere. But we will not talk about punishment, but about the results of the work of one artist.
The name of this artist is Roadsworth. He began to create his interesting ideas in the fall of 2001 in Montreal. It is worth saying that initially he was not going to paint absolutely all the roads of the city with his drawings. His initial idea was this - he wanted the city to have as many bike paths as possible, and for this sport to flourish in every possible way, and cars gave way to a bicycle. However, apparently, over time, the designer got carried away with his work, and he painted with stencils, and began to turn his attention to sidewalks and pedestrian crossings.
The latter, by the way, were especially popular with him. As we can see, he decorated some with beautiful flowers and leaves, while he simply modified others, and turned others into zigzags or candles. We can also find military objects here, which cannot but please males. The artist began to really decorate the streets of the city, to make them brighter, because he used not only white paint, but also blue, green, yellow.
However, we started our conversation with the topic of prison. Why? The point is that in the fall of 2004 the artist was accused and sent to jail. Apparently, the city authorities felt that he had violated too many rules, although it would seem that the transitions have become worse? It seems that both the city and the residents have only won, but the law is the same for everyone without exception.

However, the nun was indeed the outstanding artist of pop art. Her name was Corita Kent, and in her work, love of God and political protest merge
