You have never seen them like this! Actors, actresses, public figures, football players and singers appear before us in Tiago Hoisel's paintings in a new guise. It's really funny to look at our beloved popular personalities in a comic and caricature interpretation of a Brazilian cartoonist.
Caricature is a type of artistic creation that provides the illustrator with the widest range for the implementation of the author's fantasy, where a comic effect is deliberately created. Indeed, in the caricature image created, the real and the fantastic are combined, the characteristic features of the figure, face, costume, and demeanor of people are exaggerated and sharpened, unexpected comparisons and assimilations are used. It was not in vain that the Latin American artist chose famous actors, football players and musicians as the object of his comic transformations. After all, it is much more interesting to see the "twisted" portraits of familiar heroes, which, by the way, the author skillfully makes in Photoshop. For example, to create a cartoon of Sylvester Stallone, Tiago Hoisel was inspired by watching the movie Rambo IV. The whole process of creating the picture took about 20 hours, from the first to the final touches.
Little is known about the artist Tiago Hoisel, only that this Brazilian talent lives in the glorious resort town of São Paulo, where he draws inspiration for his cartoon paintings, for which, by the way, he won many awards at various national competitions.
