The authors of the project from the "T3arc" company decided to adopt the experience of surviving homeless people around the world - and they succeeded. Having slightly improved the living conditions in the pipes, the hotel administration began to populate ecologically concerned guests there, and just everyone who likes non-standard dwellings in the bosom of nature.
One- and two-story chimney houses offer a minimum of comforts: a bed and a lamp that illuminates a modest setting. But what a view opens in the morning when the guests open the curtains! In unusual rooms it is neither cold nor hot: concrete stores heat well, so that their inhabitants do not have to freeze. A toilet and hot shower are available in separate chimney houses.
And now the numbers. Residential pipes are located, firstly, in the mountains, and secondly, a 45-minute drive from Mexico City. The territory of the Mexican hotel with Spartan conditions is 220 square meters. The construction of the unusual hotel took 3 months. The pleasure of spending the night in the pipe costs 500 Mexican pesos (that's 42 dollars, 1179 rubles or 334 hryvnias).
