Customers who order a drink receive instructions on how to drink it. In particular, it is not allowed to put a finger in the mouth, lick it or swallow it. The offender will have to pay a fine of $ 2,500. Such a rule appeared after one of the visitors decided to simply have a bite with the first finger, paid $ 500 for the damage caused, and left. Then we had to urgently look for a volunteer who would agree to donate a finger to the bar, and increase the amount of the fine, so that others would be discouraged. It is interesting that, despite the penalties, now the ninth finger is used for a cocktail, the previous ones were stolen from the institution.
The owners assure that the preparation of the cocktail is absolutely not contrary to the rules of hygiene, since every time the finger is disinfected with alcohol. The rest of the time, the finger is stored in a jar of salt.
