Video: The best teachers of Ukraine will conduct lessons on television during the quarantine for students in grades 5-11

On the next Monday, April 6, 2020, full-fledged classes for schoolchildren from grades 5 to 11 will begin thanks to the All-Ukrainian School Online project. School lessons in 11 subjects will be broadcasted on Ukrainian TV channels and YouTube. The topics of the classes correspond to the program approved by the Ministry of Education and Science.
The list of subjects included: algebra, Ukrainian language and literature, geometry, English, geography, history of Ukraine and world history, chemistry, physics and biology. Some sports exercises may be broadcast as a warm-up.
On the website of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, you can view and download the class schedule for a particular class. Since the program for all grades cannot be broadcast on one television channel, the following distribution is envisaged: pupils of the 5th grade include 112 Ukraine and Plus-Plus; 6th grade - News One and ZOOM; 7th graders - ZIK, 8th - Unian and Indigo; for the 9th grade channels UA are allocated: Culture and Rada; for the 10th - UA: First; 11th - M1. The lessons will be broadcasted on weekdays, from 10.00, TV channels, the Office of the President of Ukraine, the media resource and the public organization "Osvitoria" are already working on the program.
If some of the students were unable to watch the lessons on TV, they can review the lessons on the MON UKRAINE YouTube channel. Online training will continue until the end of the quarantine. Even some Ukrainian stars are involved in the filming.
Classes will be conducted by the best teachers of Ukraine. They will broadcast in the classrooms of the Novopechersk school. All classes are broadcast in real time. In addition to the presentation of theoretical material, students will be given homework to consolidate their knowledge. If the student did not have time to write down the tasks for self-study, he can find them in the description under the corresponding lesson on the YouTube channel and on Facebook.
There is a hope that the distance learning program "All-Ukrainian School Online" will become a worthy alternative to classes during the quarantine period - it will allow them to master the school material in a high-quality manner, and to prepare graduates for ZNO.
