Coca-Cola Is not only a refreshing drink, but also a real symbol of America. Always Coca-Cola, which sounds like a mantra at every step, is the best confirmation of the popularity of the brand, which has a history of more than a hundred years. One of the richest American thematic museums World of Coca-Cola dedicated to this particular drink. It is located in Atlanta, just a few blocks from the place where Dr. Pemberton in the distant 1886 discovered the formula of the drink, which was destined to conquer the whole world!
Recall that initially Coca-Cola was sold in pharmacies as a medicine for five cents a glass, since Americans seriously believed in the healing properties of the drink. In particular, it was assumed that it could become a panacea for drug addiction, neurasthenia, headaches, and also have a general tonic effect on the body. It took the Coca-Cola Company 50 years for the carbonated drink to become a national symbol of America.
The first World of Coca-Cola Museum was opened in 1991, over the 16 years of its existence, about 9 million tourists have visited it, it has become the most visited American themed museum. However, the area did not allow accommodating all the exhibits, which became more and more every year, so it was decided to "move" the museum to a more spacious room. The new museum was opened to the public on May 24, 2007.
The museum has collected a large number of advertising posters from different years, drawings, videos. Traditionally, the tour lasts 90 minutes, but true fans of Coca-Cola usually spend much more time looking at about 1000 exhibits presented in the museum. Here you can also watch films featuring Coca-Cola ads, as well as see the legendary polar bear.
The museum even has a mini-conveyor that fills Coca-Cola into iconic 8-ounce bottles. The process is slowed down as much as possible so that visitors can see how this happens in the factory. Leaving the museum, all guests receive a bottle with the wish: "Taste It!"
There is also a tasting room in the museum, where you can taste 60 different types of Coca-Cola. Another attraction - "Vault of the Secret Formula" - an exhibition from which you can learn about the rich history of the drink, as well as how the "formula" of Coca-Cola originated, because the composition of this drink is one of the most guarded trade secrets, which for all the years no one has been able to figure it out.
In addition, next to the thematic museum, there is a brand shop where you can buy not only soft drinks, but also all kinds of souvenirs with the Coca-Cola symbols.

Shootouts, chases, gangsters, and mafiosi are an integral part of American culture. "Rods - branches from the tree of knowledge": How the greats of this world and the children of commoners were punished in childhood
Until recently, in the social structure of many countries, it was believed that parental love is a strict attitude towards children, and any corporal punishment implied benefits for the child himself. And until the beginning of the twentieth century, flogging with rods was a common thing, and in some countries this punishment took place until the end of the century. And what is noteworthy is that each nationality has its own national method of flogging, developed over the centuries: in China - bamboo, in Persia - a whip, in Russia - rods, and in England - a stick.
