Beauty has no age, and this is exactly what the grandmothers recently proved, who became models for the Never Alone Association photo shoot. All models are over 75 years old, but this was not a problem for a fashion magazine, quite the opposite - with such a photo session, journalists and a photographer decided to pay attention not only to the traditions of their native country, but also to the problems of older people.
Every second pensioner in Romania feels lonely and useless. In her photo shoot, a young girl photographer Eli Driu (Eli Driu) and edition " .1Concept - Your Beauty Masters"we tried to convey at the same time the inner beauty of elderly townspeople and the need to include them in social life, to avoid the isolation of this age group.
“We wanted to show the public that aging has its own attractive sides. We wanted to create a good story, with a touch of authenticity of Romanian history. Many have already forgotten about the importance of our roots, how important it is to appreciate our grandparents. They are often forgotten. leaving alone, alone with their health problems. Loneliness, in fact, is the most serious disease of this century. And we need to establish contact between generations, - says Catalin Dinu, coordinator of the association Never Alone.
