Video: Head in Smoke: Explosive Portraits by American Photographer

Another original collection of works by a young but already quite successful American photographer, as always, is based on an interesting author's idea. The models in the photographs are shrouded in smoke and dust, as if after an explosion, which, as it seems when looking at the photographs, happened not outside, but inside people.
Molly Strol (Molly strohl) Is a young photographer from the United States, as well as a real generator of interesting ideas, always endowed with deep meaning. Another photo project of Molly called "City of Ash" ("City of Ash") is a collection of portraits of men and women shrouded in dust and smoke, as if after a shell burst. At the same time, if you look closely at Strol's work, you get the impression that the explosions did not occur somewhere near the heroes of the photographs, but directly inside them. To make the shots more emotional, the photographer asked each of her models to put on a devastated expression. Molly invites viewers to come up with a story for each of the characters on their own: give them names, fantasize about where they could work, reflect on what could have happened to these people and cause their upset feelings.
"Stardust" ("Star Dust") - another interesting conceptual photo project Molly Strol(Molly strohl).
