It cannot be said that flash mobs are so highly developed in our country. They are just gaining their popularity, while in many other countries this "topic" has long been leaked to the masses.
Interestingly, there are many types of flash mobs. Some of them have some kind of ground, they are held for more than one year, or even a dozen years, some funds are spent on them, plus people are preparing for them. There are also spontaneous, unprepared flash mobs, when people just light up with an idea and implement it the way it is. And it goes without saying that the former are good and the latter are bad, or vice versa. But today we will talk about the first type. For example, in the USA and in some other countries, there is the famous Santacon flash mob. Its meaning is that crowds of people gather together and put on Santa Claus costumes. In this form, people march through the streets of cities, giving each other joy and fun, congratulating on such a pleasant holiday in a rather unusual way. The advantage of such a flash mob is that people of both sexes, different ages and nationalities gather - the holiday unites everyone.
We are used to the fact that Santa Claus is dressed in a red and white suit - such are the traditions. This is the whole point of the idea that everyone looks the same. However, sometimes there are those who prefer to stand out from the crowd. The girl known on Flickr as NV6V brings us some pretty interesting shots. We see that she just managed to stand out from the crowd during Santacon'a 2009, which took place in San Francisco. She made a black and white suit instead of bright red, and also painted her face gray. Seeing her in a crowd of bright Santa Clauses can be very surprised! Although we understand that this is just a masquerade, the presence of such a black and white character in real life seems amazing.

Not only political leaders and renowned figures of science and art - on the streets of cities now more and more other sculptures appear, whose purpose is to entertain, surprise, amuse, and sometimes make one think. The fact that sometimes they seem to pass through the earth's firmament or rise out of the water is not only intriguing, but also suggests that art knows no barriers and obeys not physical, but completely different laws
As the New Year was celebrated on the fronts of the Great Patriotic War, and What was the main thing on New Year's Eve
In scale, cruelty and bloodshed, the Great Patriotic War surpassed all previous military conflicts. Shooting even on the biggest holidays did not surprise anyone. It was not uncommon for German bombers to fly out on the night of January 1, hoping to use the festive illumination as a tip. But even this did not deprive the Soviet soldiers of the desire to celebrate the New Year. According to multiple testimonies of veterans, at the front, this holiday remained a long-awaited event, reminiscent of ra

Scattered Crowd. "Small crowd" of balloons in a musical installation by William Forsythe
A spacious hall with high columns, in it there are thousands of white figures, and they all move smoothly, selflessly to the beat to the beautiful gentle music of Ekkehard Ehlers. This is not a royal ball, not a concert for the intelligentsia, and not even shooting a movie, video, commercial or show, but an amazing, incredibly beautiful musical installation Scattered Crowd, which was recently seen by visitors to the Bockenheimer Depot gallery in Frankfurt, Germany. It was written by renowned choreographer William Forsyth (W
Faces in the crowd. Art project In a Crowd by artist Guilherme Kramer
Every day we meet on the way a variety of people: acquaintances, strangers, bystanders, fellow travelers in the subway, elevator, bus. And at the end of the day, and even more so a week, there are so many of these meetings that all the faces eventually merge into one big crowd, where it is no longer clear who is who, and by what fate. And in this crowd it is so easy to get lost, as if in the Japanese subway at rush hour … Among people, but still alone - this feeling was tried to convey by his art project a Brazilian artist
