There are women who are ready to devote all of themselves to their man. They not only become faithful wives and helpers in all matters, but even after the departure of their beloved men, they continue to serve them, devoting every minute to the memory of those who made them happy. Time is not able to cure them of the bitterness of loss, just as it is not capable of giving new happiness.
Vera Tariverdiyeva
Vera met Mikael Tariverdiev when she was 26, and he was exactly 2 times more. She was not free at that time, they met in secret, arranged small holidays for two. And then there was a happy reunion and 13 years of immense happiness.
She was not yet 40 years old when Mikael Leonovich passed away. She could still get married and try to be happy. But Vera Gorislavovna deliberately decided to devote her life to preserving the memory and creative heritage of her brilliant husband. Thanks to the composer's widow, more than 20 discs with his music have been released, an organ competition named after Mikael Tariverdiev is held, and special music awards have been established.
According to Vera Tariverdiyeva, keeping the memory of her husband was the only way for her to survive without him. 22 years have passed since the departure of the composer, and she still lives with his music and memories of him, continuing to faithfully serve his cause.

Nina Svetlanova
She was engaged in music journalism and fell in love with him at first sight, having come to interview the great musician Yevgeny Fedorovich Svetlanov. But he had a wife, and Nina Alexandrovna did not even dare to hope for any relationship, being content with short meetings at work. When he showed interest in her and disappeared for a year, she reacted with understanding. And then Svetlanov came to her home and stayed forever. He became not just her husband, Yevgeny Fedorovich became the meaning of her whole life. Nina Alexandrovna took the place of his wife and first assistant: she arranged his life, accompanied him on trips, and dealt with administrative issues.
When he left in 2002, she did not immediately understand how she could live without him. And for 16 years now she has dedicated her every day to him. She wrote the book "Unexpected Svetlanov", became the organizer of concerts in his memory, is in charge of the competition named after Evgeny Svetlanov. Probably, otherwise she would simply have no reason to live.
Valentina Gagarina
Yuri Gagarin died in 1968, and his wife lived alone all her life. She raised her daughters, she enjoys her grandchildren. And every morning he looks at the bronze monument to her husband, who stands right in front of their house in Zvezdny. Valentina Gagarina wrote a book about her husband "108 minutes and the whole life." And she categorically refuses to give interviews, carefully keeping the feelings that connected her with her husband, from prying eyes and idle speculation. Valentina Ivanovna helps the Yuri Gagarin Museum, participates in events in his memory and still somewhere deep down hopes that he is alive. They lived together for only 9 years, and she has been faithful to him for half a century.

Love was the only and main thing in the life of the writer Grigory Gorin. They were happy for 30 years, not showing off their happiness, but unable to hide the overflowing mutual tenderness. Their home was wherever the two of them were. Even in the cheapest room in a provincial hotel, Lyubov Pavlovna created a cozy family nest.
The writer passed away in 2000, and after his funeral she swallowed pills, not imagining life without him. Doctors were able to save her life, and she lived for another 15 years. She was offered to marry, and she, offended even by the assumption of a betrayal of her husband's memory, stopped communicating with those who wanted to take his place. Gorin's love lived only in the memory of who was the whole world for her.

For almost 40 years she was the muse and the only love of Innokenty Smoktunovsky. It was she who arranged the very first screen tests for her husband, infinitely believing in his talent.
When Innokenty Mikhailovich began to be capricious and doubt herself, she simply carried out a jacket with his orders. And the actor himself admitted: it was she, his Salome, who largely created the actor Innokenty Smoktunovsky. She survived him for a long 22 years with the belief that somewhere in another world they will be together again.
Lilia Bodrova-Bernes

Indian women cherish and groom their husbands. If the husband is sick, the wife fasts. The husband is never called by name because it is believed that the spoken name shortens the life of the spouse. The wife never walks alongside, but always a little behind. She addresses him to you and washes his feet. And all this is often not from great love, but to avoid the fate when a woman is considered almost a leper.
