Humanity has long learned to create clouds. This is not a tricky matter: you built a plant, erected a couple of pipes at this plant, you produce some kind of product, and the harmful substances formed during this process are thrown into the air through the pipes. But the artist Daniel Arsham goes on a completely different path. He also creates artificial clouds, but with their help he makes the world better, not worse.
The artist Daniel Arsham is already known to us for his incredible works that go beyond logic and the classical understanding of art. On this site, we have already introduced readers to his project "Avalanche" ("Avalanche"), which is a bunch of geometric shapes scattered around the auditorium in one of the theaters in Miami, and trompe l'oeil sculptures "Three Dimensions".
Another of his projects, "Clouds" ("Clouds") also gives off something subtly insane, but very sweet and romantic. This project involves the creation of artificial clouds from hundreds or even thousands of plastic spheres.
These clouds, of course, are not intended at all to launch them into the sky, helping nature visually. No, “Clouds” are works intended for indoor or semi-closed premises, for example, for presentation at exhibitions of contemporary art, for decorating offices and hallways of large buildings. This is the essence of Daniel Armam's work. He kind of "grounds" the clouds, makes them much more accessible, close to people, and not unattainable inhabitants of the sky.
Of course, in the premises where one of these clouds will be displayed, there will be practically no space left for the audience. But this is good! A person entering a room will find himself in the clouds as it were! And who has not dreamed about it?
