In February 2018, a criminal case was opened against the rehabilitation center where Maryanov was treated. The director was charged with causing death by negligence and "leaving in danger." Then it became known that in this center the actor was injected with drugs, without first finding out if he had any diseases that impede the use of specific drugs.
