British designer Dominic Wilcox is making his way to the Olympic Games, which will take place in his country this summer, after 30 packs of sweets from a well-known manufacturer McVitie's Jaffa Cakes … The designer has transformed many varieties of sweets into edible objects evoking associations with iconic landmarks and symbols of England.
The unique series includes subtle allusions and unmistakable images of the Thames, Tower Bridge, drawings of ancient and modern coins, silhouettes of the rocks of Dover, Stonehenge, a monster supposedly living in Loch Ness and many other recognizable symbols of the united kingdom.
To create stylish advertising photos, the designer used orange plastic as a filter to let in light falling on his fun and original inventions.
After the photo session, all these funny culinary installations were eaten with pleasure by its authors.
