One small Kyrgyz community lives on the shores of the extraordinary Karakol Lake, which is located on the route from China to Pakistan. People live in yurts, the old fashioned way, with rockers carrying water from the purest lake, just like this old lady from the photograph of Oded Wagenstein.

Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula is probably the only cave diving site in the world. And all thanks to the fact that Yucatan has cenote - an extensive network of rivers and lakes located underground. These are unique places where you can go down underground, snorkel, scuba dive, and see with your own eyes underground caves and tunnels, stalactite and stalagmite rooms hidden by a layer of crystal clear water. Photographer Jason Zito, the author of this hazy shot, adores Spokane, a city in the northwestern United States, in the state of Washington. Even the sandstorm approaching Djibouti, the capital of the state of the same name in northeastern Africa, will not frighten the small but brave shepherdesses who brought the herd of goats to graze and drink. They know firsthand how precious water is in their country, where only 5 inches of rain falls a year. This means that food for animals is also worth its weight in gold - you should use every opportunity to feed and water the cattle. Photographer Leslie Pratt.

Arches National Park in the United States is a very amazing place in itself: there are more than 2,000 natural arches formed from sandstone and other diverse geological formations. Just photographing one of them, Bill Keaton (Bill Keaton) and filmed this picturesque tree between two rocks.
