A simple, but very delicate, graceful and airy installation in the form origami invented and implemented by a French artist Joanie Lemerciernow residing in Bristol. Using simple geometric shapes, materials and artistic techniques, he created something that at the same time resembles a schematic map of the starry sky, and the same map, but of a large and bustling city at night. For his installation, the artist used three such basic materials as paper, film and LED lights, which give the art project that magical, cosmic look that attracts the attention of the audience. The lights that decorate origami seem to be a scattering of bright stars in the sky, or areas of a big city shining in the night, or even settlements of a separate state, visible from orbit or a bird's eye view.
Joanier Lemercier willingly experiments with geometry and light, developing and creating fantastic visual effects in installations, sculptures and other art objects that everyone can see and understand in their own way. This is the beauty of the intuitive creativity of the French artist, whom you can meet on his website.
