Everybody got bored with the usual photo reports from the trips. There is usually nothing original and creative about them. The same turrets, houses, rivers, mountains. Boredom! It would be another matter if there were some original element in all these countless photographs. For example, a recumbent person. It is these pictures that the LJ community "Lying Around the World" is dedicated to.
It used to be said: "Everyone goes crazy in their own way." But now this phrase is completely politically incorrect. Now it would be much more correct to say: "Everyone knows the world in his own way." After all, inadequate, from the point of view of most people, behavior is just a way to relate oneself and the surrounding reality.
For example, many people post photos from their past trips in LJ, Vkontakte, on their websites. Usually all these photos are of the same type and are of little interest. And no one has any ideas or desire to make them worthy of attention. But the LJ community "Lying Around the World" was specially created in order to make the Internet world more interesting.
All photos posted in this community show some places with people lying in the foreground. It can be some world-famous place, for example, the Leaning Tower of Pisa or the Cathedral of Christ the Savior in Moscow, or an ordinary house of culture in a provincial town, or just a beautiful place, of which there are countless numbers on Earth.
Photos can be highly artistic or whipped up with a camera on a mobile phone. Does not matter. The main thing is to help other people to know the world. And so that a person lies in the foreground.
Of course, many will find this peculiar movement strange and stupid. But you shouldn't judge the members of this LJ community so harshly. After all, it is the originals that move Humanity forward.

Presumably, prisons are built to punish and rehabilitate criminals. It turns out that this is not always the case. In corrupt countries, only poor prisoners are really punished "to the fullest." The wealthier simply live in fully furnished, air-conditioned cells with televisions, cell phones, microwaves, jacuzzis and women of easy virtue. In most cases, these criminals can still run their businesses from prison. And similar prisons
I'm lying in the sun: a giant hare in St. Petersburg by sculptor Florentin Hoffmann
Old-timers say that there were once a huge number of hares on the Hare Island in St. Petersburg. Surprisingly, the first monument to this eared animal appeared here only in 2003: a tiny sculpture is easy to see near the Ioannovsky Bridge. And recently, another hare appeared on the island, but already of impressive size. Its creator is the famous sculptor Florentijn Hofman
