When the question arises - how to spend time with teenage children, you invariably want to turn to the kind and eternal - cinema. You can, of course, watch American fantasy, but the soul is drawn to show the younger generation something real, alive or experienced. Show that in our time there were problems, and we suffered, loved, lost in the choice of life. Even if our Soviet films are not so spectacular, they are devoid of simple American humor and are very chaste, but they are the ones that carry morality and allow you to think. And certainly our today's selection of films, as they say, is time-tested.
Freak from 5 "b", 1972
A light, kind film that looks a breeze. The main character, a fifth-grader Boris, is a bit of an absurd eccentric and a dreamer. It is he who becomes the hero of the pedagogical experiment. He is entrusted with patronage over little inexperienced first-graders. This "trivial" task becomes a real challenge for a teenager. On the one hand - his best friend, who periodically makes fun of his vigorous activity, on the other - the eyes of the kids full of trust.
One of them, a girl Nina Morozova, is especially attached to her counselor. Every day, our main character grows up and turns from a fidget into a young man who is able to lead and account for his actions.
This movie shows the value of many human positive qualities: the value of true friendship, responsibility, willingness to help. In addition, the entire film is accompanied by the wonderful music of Jan Frenkel.
Blame Clara K. for my death, 1980
A touching film about the first youthful love. It originated in kindergarten and continued at school. But bad luck - why love those who do not love you? How can you earn love? Can gifts - markers, ice cream, lessons learned - earn that feeling? And what is it: tender, light, romantic experiences or full of pain, misunderstanding and tragedy?
For parents, this picture is that it is very important to understand your child and stop and redirect him in time. At the same time, without hysterics and fainting - an excellent example for us. Although, even if you omit the moral and a serious approach to choosing a film, you will be just pleased to see this movie again or for the first time, plunge into the charm of youth and enjoy the sincere work of the actors, the professionalism of the director, cameraman and just good music.
When I Become a Giant 1979
In our time, children dreamed of growing up quickly and performing a heroic deed. Perhaps you also have a new Petya Kopeikin in your class - he is short, unattractive, sometimes sad alone and composes poetry, but at some point in time it is he who is capable of the most insane and funny prank. The days of knighthood are over, but who knows? Self-sacrifice in the little things - whether it be the ability to play a whole performance in front of the school-age Juliet performed by Liya Akhedzhakova, so that the whole class can escape from the lesson, or forget about your own feelings to please others.
This film is a story from life. He has good humor and a bit of sadness. Long live the knights!
Dear Elena Sergeevna, 1988
This is a serious movie that you won't watch with popcorn in hand. It is intended for older teenagers as it addresses issues of moral choice. The story used in the plot begins easy and trite - the graduating class students are going to wish their beloved teacher a happy birthday. Small chores about flowers, cake. The teacher, of course, was moved to tears.
In the meantime, it turns out that congratulations are just an excuse, in fact, the guys need a key to the safe in which their test papers are kept. Everyone has a reliable justification for their action - someone is worried about their future career, and someone just wanted to stand out, or vice versa, went for the company. At the same time, there is clearly a struggle between two attitudes in life.
Elena Sergeevna is a woman from the "sixties" with their intelligence, decency, a classic set of spiritual values. But her pupils are already children from a new formation, where insolence, cynicism, blackmail, and rudeness prevail.
The film was shot by our favorite director Eldar Ryazanov together with Lyudmila Razumovskaya. It is definitely worth watching for the purpose of education, so that later it can be discussed in the family. After all, you can also gain life experience through art.
Scarecrow, 1984
Drama directed by Rolan Bykov based on the story of the same name by V. Zheleznikov. Starring Christina Orbakaite, Yuri Nikulin, Elena Sanaeva. This story is real, it happened to the writer's niece. And with whom in childhood this was not, when several friends or even the whole class declare a boycott. So it happened with Lena Bessoltseva, who moved to live with her grandfather. Relations with the new class did not want to develop in any way - everyone despised her because of her grandfather, who was known as an eccentric and, because of his passion for painting, wore a darned coat.
Lena tries to please the class, but her agreement with all their antics causes only dislike. After she takes on the cowardly act of the guy she likes, she actually becomes an outcast and even beaten up.
School bullying is a very common phenomenon, and everyone decides how to behave in this situation. This is a strong and deep film about friendship, betrayal and generosity.
Raffle, 1976
The most interesting thing about this film is that viewers of different ages will find their theme here. After all, as fans of the picture say, every time it looks different. Some will see the teacher-student confrontation, the second will pay attention to the philosophy of life of the protagonist, the third will be amused by the maximalism of youth and unwillingness to grow up, and the fourth will be looking for a worthy path in life.
There is a love line here too. The theme of rogue, the theme of morality is also used, but the director Vladimir Menshov does not bring the tension to heat, as in "Scarecrow" or "Dear Elena Sergeevna". Nevertheless, the story in the film is true and at the same time naive, simply written out in lighter colors. Therefore, the older generation will be pleasantly ponastalgic, seeing the slender rows of flower pots in the corridors and schoolgirls in starched aprons. But the younger generation, perhaps, will like the songs performed by Dmitry Kharatyan.
