Cecelia Webber creates digital images of beautiful flowers: here are sunny dandelions, and delicate sakura, and a luxurious rose … But there is something strange and unusual in these plants, and in just a couple of moments you understand what exactly: absolutely everything the elements of flowers, stems and leaves are made from naked human bodies.
Cecilia Webber was born in a small town with a population of one and a half thousand people. As a child, she was a shy child who loved to read and spent hours exploring fields and forests in search of fairies and elves. However, the older she became, the more strange and alien the world around her seemed, and hundreds of questions swarmed in her head that there was no one to ask. “Why is it customary in Western culture to be ashamed of your body? - Cecilia wonders. "Isn't the human body beautiful and admirable?" The girl tried to prove her innocence through creativity, creating amazing flowers from photographs of people without clothes.
In fact, the society has never perceived images of the naked body unambiguously. Someone may sincerely admire the beauty of human forms, but there are also many who, at the sight of paintings in the nude style, embarrassedly lower their eyes or burst into an angry tirade. But the work of Cecilia Webber wants to be considered in detail, and it is simply impossible to speak badly about them. The author does not focus on nudity, does not reveal the intimate parts of the body to the viewer's attention, because the purpose of her work is not to present a woman without clothes to the viewer, but to show how beautiful the forms and curves of a female body can be.
