Photographer Sandro Casutt lives in a small village in Switzerland. It is notable for the fact that a beautiful view of the night sky opens up from here. Recently, Sandro presented mesmerizing photographs of Andromeda Galaxy, which is located at a distance of 2.5 million light years from Earth.
Pictures of Andromeda, the closest galaxy to the Milky Way, were taken in the village of Waltz, which has a population of just under a thousand people. Sandro worked on the creation of the photo cycle together with his brother Markus. They launched the Cosmic Art Photography project two years ago and have been regularly adding to their collection since then.
Sandro is the owner of a tattoo parlor. During the day he is busy with clients, and in the evenings he goes out to photograph night views. The pictures show Andromeda at different times of the year. The galaxy is the closest to Earth, and the Andromeda galaxy has a trillion stars, and Sandro occasionally manages to capture some of them. These pictures look amazing, they will certainly appeal not only to those who professionally study astronomy, but also to ordinary people.
Look no less exciting real photos of Saturn, Mars and the Sun.
