Each painting from a creative duo carnovsky (Francesco Rugi and Silvia Quintanilla) is more than one painting. These are three or four images at once, which can be seen wearing glasses of one color or another. In the new series of their works, Milanese artists depict truly magical RGB landscapes.
It is believed that with the right combination of the three primary colors (red, green and blue), any color can be obtained. By the way, old CRT TVs work on this principle. This fact is also used by the Italian artists Francesco Rugi and Silvia Quintanilla, who have united in the carnovsky duet. In their works from the RGB series, they create completely magical images that can change depending on which color filter you look at them through.
Carnovsky's new landscape series interprets landscapes and meteorological phenomena as well as architecture and emotion. And all this is happening in continuous motion.
For example, in the picture Atmospheric n.1, the viewers, depending on which color filter they are looking at, can see a sunrise, sunset or even a storm. At the same time, this plot will change even when changing shades, not just individual colors.
But the painting Landscape n.1 contains images of a magical forest, a Gothic cathedral and a mythological plot with many human characters. And all this can be seen on one canvas by looking at it through the correct colored glasses.
There are a dozen of such works in the carnovsky exhibition, which is now taking place within the framework of Milan Design Week 2013. But, if each of them is considered as three or four separate paintings, then you get a much more impressive number.

Hawaii: fabulous landscapes by artist John Al Hogue
It is believed that the most difficult thing for a painter is to paint the ocean. And it's not even the mobility of the waves or the versatility of the color of the water. The bottom line is that the ocean has an amazing energy that is easy to capture, but very difficult to convey in words or with the help of colors. Add to this the fact that the water element has a capricious character, like a girl, and you will understand why artists who paint the ocean are so prized among art lovers

A fabulous landscape in real life can be seen in Senegal, 30 km from Dakar, where there is an amazing pink lake known as Lac Rose or Retba Lake. No, this is not a photoshop or an optical illusion: the water here is really colored in a deep pink color, like strawberries with cream. True, you shouldn't try this "dessert" by the mouth: the water in Lake Retba is incredibly salty, its concentration is about 380 grams per liter, which is one and a half times higher than in the famous Dead
