Lunch break is a time when anyone, even the most responsible employee, is “vulnerable” and tends to relax a little. After a delicious lunch, you just want to forget that the second half of the day is still ahead, and carelessly plunge into the arms of Morpheus. Remember at least the Spanish siesta - that's really who knows how to relax wonderfully! But the Swedes, on the contrary, prefer not to succumb to a lazy mood and spend their lunch break in a fun and active way. New things are gaining momentum in Sweden social movement lunch beat, encouraging you to dance at noon!
Traditionally, club life is associated with sleepless nights and alcohol, but Lunch Beat is a social phenomenon of a different format! For the first time such an event was held in Stockholm in June 2010. Only 14 people came to the first disco, but the Europeans liked the new concept of recreation so much that soon clubs began to open not only in different cities, but also appeared in neighboring countries.
Disco starts at 12.00 and lasts for an hour. Avid clubbers feel like slaves in the water here; one of the significant differences is the absence of alcoholic beverages in the menu. And, of course, the contingent: here the clerks dance with big businessmen, and the young ones have fun with their colleagues of the older generation with might and main. By the way, for such discos, the famous appeal: "Everybody dance!" Is more relevant than ever. Lunch flies by quickly, so Lunch Beat attendees keep the dance floor empty! The Swedes are not even embarrassed by the fact that after incendiary dances, employees return to their workplaces sweaty and disheveled - but in a great mood!
An entrance ticket to a daytime disco costs about $ 14, which covers the cost of renting the premises, as well as the cost of sandwiches, which are fed to all vacationers - after all, it's lunchtime! Activities like these are a great way to cheer up, but don't forget that a well-equipped workplace can also help fight chronic fatigue!

A group of dropouts from the Academy of Arts in Vienna occupy an abandoned building in Rome and are gaining a reputation in society for their unconventional artistic innovation and unusual appearance (mantle, sandals and long hair). They are now known as the "Nazarenes". How did the pioneering movement try to change the course of art history?
The beauty of movement in Howard Schatz's photographs
Some images look so expressive that it seems that time itself has stopped on them, and this description is the best fit for describing the work of the German photographer Howard Schatz. His photographs stunningly convey the elegance of a person's forms and, most importantly, his movements
Daylight killings. Funny art project with a huge cardboard knife
Murders and crimes are serious incidents, but some still cause, if not a smile, then curiosity and surprise, but by no means fear or horror. Passers-by had to face such incidents in Berlin, where Spanish artists Maria Lujan and Wolfgang Krug staged a "killer" performance in the form of a street art project with blood and corpses
Practicing Meditation at the Texas Capitol: The MedMob Social Movement
More recently, we wrote about how local yoga lovers gathered for a flash mob in the English city of Cardiff. At first glance, it is difficult to reconcile a fast, impulsive and modern hobby like a flash mob with thoughtful and calm meditation. However, there is an informal organization of people that demonstrates over and over again that this is possible. This organization is called MedMob, and its actions prove: you can and should meditate everywhere, always and for everyone! Even a crowd of hippies in the state capitol
Social Media Propaganda Poster: A series of concise and inventive social media posters
Like the tentacles of a giant Octopus, social networks embrace, envelop the entire Internet, penetrating deeper and deeper into it, and more and more densely sitting in the mind of a person, eating a fair chunk of his time (mainly a worker), and sometimes occupying an important position in his life. Social networks are friends and enemies, they have fun, love, sell and buy … In light of this popularity, it is not surprising that the American artist Justonescarf depicted social networks in a series of his posters called Soc
