Beware, the doors open in the summer! The real heat has not yet come, but the calendar is already on June 1, which means it's time to go on vacation, because the season of mass vacations will begin soon. Someone is already packing up their suitcases and packing their backpacks, while someone's summer vacation, alas, is not yet shining. And about those, and about others there is something to tell to foreign cartoonists (who themselves work to break the paper).

1. Papamobile

Upon arrival at the park, the girl plans to eat ice cream, drink lemonade, play Monopoly and have a picnic. Dad: It's time for us to go on vacation. Mom: This is our vacation

What could be better than a family vacation? Anything. A lighthouse hotel at the end of the world will also do, where you will not have to rush to the park in the heat, you will not have to feed anyone with ice cream, drink lemonade, entertain with a game of Monopoly and have a picnic on the lawn with provisions that you dragged along the whole day. like characters from cartoonist Cameron Cardow. The father of the family thinks that it’s time for him to go on vacation: he’s tired of having a rest, poor fellow.

2. Another vacation

It's time to go on vacation: the queues are calling!

"This is us in the queue at the airport … And this is us in the queue for car rental … In the queue at the amusement park … In the queue for photos." Isn't it an enviable pastime? I just want to ask: was there a vacation? Hundreds of vacationers are fighting for a place in the southern sun - traffic jams and queues are inevitable, says cartoonist Jeff Stahler.

3. Have we arrived yet?

Where are we going this summer? - We have already arrived

It takes a long time to go on vacation in a car, and due to the traditional summer increase in gasoline prices, it is also expensive. There is, as always, a way out. American cartoonist J. D. Crowe offers a couch car simulator. Now you will not be confused by children's questions like "Have we arrived yet?" and will not baffle the whining "I want home-oh-oh". Net profit!

4. Refueling the horses

“The times are always the same,” said one wonderful old film. Only now everyone is frightened by the rise in gasoline prices, and two hundred years ago, the horses were “fueled” with hay and oats. A witty scene from the good old days was portrayed by cartoonist Dave Granlund.

5. Desktop tour

Time to Vacation: Desktop Tour

For those who do not have a vacation yet, and will only have to sunbathe under office fluorescent lamps, the Slovak cartoonist Martin Sutovec invites you to relax right on your desktop. But not in the sense of snoring on the keyboard, but at least putting a picture with the sea on the desktop. Attention! If it seems to you that the character in the photo is squinting at the folders and documents "Work", "Clients", "Urgent", "Unfinished" - you urgently need to go on vacation!
