Barnaby Burford himself explains the meaning of his works from the series The Big Win: a modern morality tale: “With my work, I explore the transformation of human values that occurs under the influence of the desire to get happiness, friendship, love, money. In my works, the ups and downs of a modern person are shown in detail, who does not at all seek to take an active position in life, but at the same time wants to live well, glamorously, and is going to achieve his goals, for example, by winning the lottery."
