Beautiful women attract the attention of not only men but also other women. Who, if not they, is able to appreciate the grace, elegance, attractiveness and beauty of their, maybe, friends, and maybe rivals? Abstract portraits of a French artist Pascale Pratte just dedicated to beautiful women. The exhibition is called - " Les filles". About Pascal Pratt herself, alas, little is known. As a little girl, she began her career with making handmade postcards, and already at the age of 10 earned money by selling her products, first in Old Montreal, and then in Belgium. Seeing how talented she is. their daughter, parents sent the girl to study painting, and as an adult, Pascal Pratt gained new fame - as an artist.
This artist has a very recognizable style and manner: they give the impression that the picture is painted on the wall, on top of old, crumbling plaster. And there is something philosophical about it. Women's beauty is also short-lived if you do not take care of her, but one way or another, it is impossible to fight for a long time with old age, which sooner or later will take its toll, leaving only a trace of its former attractiveness on the face. Therefore, the main beauty should be concentrated inside, and everything outside - plaster, visibility. Crumbled - and write wasted …
Pascal Pratt says this about his paintings: "I am inspired by their femininity to create these colorful characters. Sensual, gentle, and sometimes strong, these women follow the path of emotions. My emotions, because they are all in me, and are part of my being." … The artist's work can be found on her personal website.

Contemporary art from Konstantin Zolotarev. Contemporary Christian art or icon painting style
The icon painting style created for the depiction of saints and Christ is aimed at displaying a different reality. Therefore, in the icon, the portrait resemblance of a saint to a person who actually lived once is not in principle, since it reflects a transformed person who is in the upper world. But after all, the saints once lived on earth, they were like us, they ate and drank and had practically the same problems as modern man
Women personifying worldly problems, or abstract-symbolic paintings by the Zaire artist Claudie Hahn
Often, abstract-symbolic and at the same time portrait paintings by the Zaire artist Claudy Khan take on a female form, embodying a rather wide range of worldly problems than it might seem at first glance.
