Participants of the photo project "The Burning House" (literally - "Burning House") are trying to find out which things are most dear to them. What do people most often want to save? The essentials are a phone and a wallet. Something that under no circumstances can be restored: letters and family photographs (printed or uploaded to a USB flash drive), jewelry and trinkets donated by loved ones, cameras. Hand-made items and collections that took years to collect, as well as antique and celebrity-signed items. Pets are often included in the list of things.
However, the Fire project is just an attempt to predict the reaction of people to a possible emergency. For no matter how much you make lists and ratings, it is possible only by experience to check what you grab when the moment of truth comes and adrenaline hits your head.
