If the walls have ears, why shouldn't the dishes have fingers, lips, teeth and other parts of the body? After all, how wonderful it would be, waking up in the morning, to whisper to the wall in your ear that it would be nice to have a cup of hot coffee with cream, and so that a cup of coffee would stomp into the bedroom itself …
Ronit Baranga, a sculptor from Israel, calls ceramics his second love after psychology. At one time, she received a psychology degree, but she was carried away by creating sculptures from clay, and now she spends all her free time in this occupation, which does not go to little children, of whom she has two. The girl has a very unusual sculpting technique, but the products are even more unusual: all her sculptures are generously endowed with fingers, lips, tongues … Generously in the sense that there are too many of these body parts on Ronit's products.
In addition to the "grooved" pots and plates with tongues, the girl creates other sculptures, in which she also does not do without body parts. All unusual hands-sculptures, fountains-mouths and other original products can be found in the gallery on Ronit Baranga's personal website.
