Herring Okutan has been working "solo" for only a few years. 5-6 years ago, she, a graduate of Mersin University, alternately worked but several large jewelry companies. But the rules and procedures dictated by the peculiar culture of her native state literally tied the hands of a young and promising artist and designer, and in the end she came to the conclusion that she wanted to open her own studio and design jewelry personally. Fortunately, Herda has plenty of ideas and talent for this.
