Each of them will have to pay 20 thousand Russian rubles. Such a punishment was appointed by the Tverskoy court for blocking Bolshaya Dmitrovka street on the night of June 21.
vAnastasia Dzyurko, press secretary of the court, said that Yegor Bulatkin was found guilty in court for organizing and holding a mass event that entailed a violation of public order. In accordance with current legislation, such a violation can be detained for up to 15 days. And all this is due to the fact that on the night of June 21, a couple of musicians staged an impromptu concert, getting into the car and turning on the music. Soon a large number of people gathered around the famous couple. This led to the fact that transport could not move along Bolshaya Dmitrovka, a traffic jam formed.
Timati said at the trial that he did not consider himself guilty in the current situation. The musicians' car was parked in accordance with the rules and did not interfere with the movement of other vehicles. The actions of the musicians did no harm to anyone, and the very unusual concert itself was very much liked by casual passers-by.
The second "organizer" of the impromptu concert did not say anything in court, Sergei Zhorin, Yegor Creed's lawyer, spoke in his place. According to the lawyer, no Russian laws were violated by his clients. It was noticed that at this time the World Championship was taking place, a festive atmosphere reigned around. Such a small concert only improved the mood of the holidaymakers.
