The fact that 37-year-old Alexis is expecting a child would not be unusual if it were not for the fact that this will be her tenth (!) Son. Together with her husband David, Alexis already has nine sons: for 15 years of family life, the couple had children almost every second year, and at the same time only boys were born.
As soon as a new baby is born, 37 year old Alexis Brett (Alexis Brett) and her husband David will become the first UK couple to have 10 sons in a row. As the couple admitted, this child will be their last. All the children born in this marriage were welcome, and perhaps ten is enough, Alexis and David decided. Although at first they thought of giving birth to a whole football team (11 people), now the Brett couple have changed their minds and are planning to sterilize Alexis after giving birth.
Of course, many make fun of the spouses, they say, you have so many sons because you are probably trying to give birth to a girl. But Alexis insists that this is not at all the case. ""
“At the 20th week of each pregnancy, doctors ask me to come for an ultrasound scan to find out the sex of the baby. I don’t know why this procedure is necessary, we already know that a boy will be born. And it seems to me that so many sons are just wonderful.”
Alexis met her husband David at work at the railroad bureau in 1998, and three years later they had their first son, Campbell. He is now 15 years old. The couple got married, and soon they had another boy, Harrison - he is now 13 years old. By this time, Alexis had retrained and began to work as a nurse in a hospital, and David became a train driver.
Since then, almost every two years, the couple began to have sons: Corey (now 11 years old), Lachlan (9), Brody (7), Bran (6), Hunter (4), Mac (3) and 14-month-old Blake … Alexis herself is from a very small family, where she was an only child, and to have such a large family was not originally included in her plans, she just "became constantly pregnant." ""
Of course, it is not so easy to feed such a large family. Every week they use 90 packs of cereal, 1 kg of pasta, 14 loaves of bread, 8 packs of oatmeal and 6 bottles of lemonade. In addition, in seven days Alexis has to pack 58 lunch boxes, turn on the washing machine at least 28 times, and the bathroom is occupied 80 times in 7 days. Alexis admits that in order to do everything, she has to get up every day at 5:30 in the morning. How is it possible to survive with such a hectic and busy schedule? Surprisingly, Alexis and David not only manage all the routine tasks, but also find the opportunity to go on dates with each other twice a month.
Now David, despite developing Parkinson's disease, continues to work full-time, and also teaches martial arts three times a week. Alexis has the lion's share of childcare and homecare, but she still tries not to get bogged down in a routine, and just 8 weeks after giving birth to her eighth son, for example, she ran a half marathon for charity. She tries to keep herself in good physical shape, but admits that the last, tenth, pregnancy is not easy for her. "My thigh hurts again. I guess my body is telling me to stop. Well, that's fair."
Lisa Holloway is also a mother of ten children, and she successfully combines her motherhood with her hobby, which has already become her profession - photography. Pictures taken by Lisa, are so beautiful that it is difficult to get tired of admiring them.

And this time they decided to make a stop in the dashing 90s, where a riot of colors, oversized robes, experiments with style and the most unexpected combinations reigned. Interestingly, this time, non-couturiers were the first to pay attention to the trends of the last decade of the 20th century - the style first appeared “on the streets”, later settled in social networks, and only then eminent fashion houses drew attention to it
