The photo session took place in the Brazilian city of Vitoria. Many people here know about sisters Maria Pignaton Pontin and Paulina Pinaton Pandolfi (Maria Pignaton Pontin, Paulina Pignaton Pandolfi), since twins occupy the second position in the national list of long-lived people. The idea of the photo shoot belongs to Camila Lima, the girl admitted that it was a great pleasure to take pictures of the cheerful sisters. In addition, she had never had a chance to photograph centenarians before, and she was sincerely happy at how easy and inspired the meeting was.
Maria and Paulina have experienced a lot in their lives. They both have large loving families: Maria has 5 children, 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, and Paulina has 6 children, 19 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren. Paulina survived two heart attacks in her life and was able to defeat cancer. Today Paulina and Maria are happy - they are together and can afford to enjoy life, fool around and have fun. Preparing for the photo shoot was a big event for them: the sisters chose dresses and accessories for a long time, did their hair with pleasure, and came from the suburbs to Vitoria (the capital of the state of Espirito Santo), where they have long been local celebrities.
