That is why his fashion photographs have always turned out to be relaxed, playful and emotionally bright …
He was born in 1925 in Paris. And, despite the fact that the war caught Georges by surprise, he diligently studied with the famous artist Paul Colan at that time, who drew posters. Thanks to him, he instilled in himself a sense of beauty, fell in love with fashion, chic, beauty and decorativeness. After the war, assisting Willy Rizo, he not only discovers new contemporary art, but also masterfully masters the use of light and shadow in photographs. In the distant fifties, he gets the chance to publish his first fashion reportage in the legendary Elle magazine, especially for which he developed his own style, shooting models in the most unexpected conditions and places. This helped him become one of the most sought-after photographers of the twentieth century, who, moving away from the stereotypical studio shooting, created hundreds of stunning images in a natural environment, where he combined human, high fashion and photographic art.
Denis Pil is another talented photographer who completely breaks any stereotypes., sincerity and light sexuality. Each picture he creates is a beautiful story dedicated not only to fashion, but also to human feelings.
