“One has only to want, and the dream can become a reality,” - this is what Viola Novoselova, a resident of Perm, thinks. She bought for herself an island in the Pacific Ocean, where the movie "Blue Lagoon" was once filmed. The sun, palm trees, a quiet beach - this piece of paradise is literally created in order to forget about worries and relax away from everyone.
10 years ago, Viola Novoselova from Perm had a dream - to acquire for herself a piece of beach on one of the islands in the Pacific Ocean. Gradually, in her imagination, the beach turned into an island with a hotel. And so, after a few years, Viola actually had an island in his possession. Rather, a woman rented it for 99 years. It is called Nanuya Levu and belongs to the state of Fiji.
When asked how she did it, the woman replies that she simply stopped spending money like her friends. By the way, Viola Novoselova owns several bars and a hotel in Perm. The entrepreneur claims that the cost of land in Fiji is almost the same as in one of the elite villages near Perm (1 ha - about 20,000 euros). Considering that the area of the island is about 30 hectares, it is easy to calculate how much Viola cost this piece of paradise.
In the near future, Perm is planning to build a hotel on the island and attract tourists there. The woman left the technical subtleties of its construction to her husband, she herself will be engaged in the design of the hotel. Viola will recruit residents from neighboring islands and personally train them in all the intricacies of service.
Viola Novoselova claims that when she acquired Nanuya Leva, she did not even know that he was once a set for the film "Blue Lagoon" about two young people who lived on a desert island since childhood. At the request of the director of the film, Randle Kleizer, many palm trees and bright exotic birds and small animals were brought to the island. According to the owner, the blue lagoon is much more picturesque in reality than on the screen.
Relatively close to the Fiji Islands, there is another tropical paradise - Palau islands … This is a stunning corner of nature, which has not yet experienced the destructive influence of civilization.
