On account of the famous artist and sculptor Nic Fiddian-Green There are many original creative works, but the most famous are the huge horse heads installed by the author on the streets of big cities. Locals surround these mysterious statues with legends and fairy tales, and the birds are happy to turn them into comfortable perches, so the monuments will not be bored. One of the earliest sculptures is the head installed in London's Hyde Park. You can make many assumptions about what the severed part of the horse means, why it is located that way, and why it buried its muzzle directly into the ground. However, the author voiced his position in the name of the sculpture (Still water): the horse came to the watering hole. Subsequently, such ten-meter horses adorned other cities, streets and parks.
The British artist calls his main inspiration the most famous of all the sculptures of the Parthenon, the head of the horse of Selene, the goddess of the Moon, made from a single piece of marble as early as the 5th century BC. The sculpture is in a museum of art in Great Britain, and at one time it caught the imagination of a young man so much that for several decades he has been imitating the ancient maestro, creating his "cover versions".
The sculptor works not only with bronze, but also with clay, plaster and marble. Famous representatives of show business consider his works amazing and very attractive, because many of them are in private collections, and among the lucky owners of horse heads are J. K. Rowling, Ringo Starr, Tom Cruise and Russell Crowe. More information about the work of Nick Fiddian-Green - on his website.

Iron Horse, robots and others. Steel steampunk paper sculptures
We have already got acquainted with the work of the American artist and sculptor Phillip Valdez. Then it was about masquerade masks, made only of paper, but so talented that the queen herself would not refuse to appear at the ball in one of them. These products are rightfully called works of art, but other works of this author are no less masterpieces. Philippe Valdez turns cardboard and paper into … metal, and creates amazing robots from this material

Sometimes stereotypes appear in unexpected places. For example, one artist painted the king-king blond - and everyone started to paint him like that. And he actually was, for example, a brunette. Or bald! Fortunately, now more and more often they restore historical justice
Mess in my head. Strange sculptures by Daniel Firman
French author Daniel Firman is known for his unique approach to creating sculptures. He works in the genre of hyperrealism, and considers his role to be bizarre figures of people who defy description, and yet do not stand up to criticism. Looking at these statues, it seems that porridge is in the head not only of the people depicted in the sculptures, but also of the author himself
