She burst into the world of cinema quickly, winning the sympathy of the audience from the first frame and earning the censure of her teachers. Nina Veselovskaya made her film debut in the image of Dasha Bulavina in Grigory Roshal's "Walking Through the Torment", becoming one of the best performers of this role. The actress had thousands of fans, she was recognized on the streets and asked for autographs. But today, probably, only true connoisseurs of cinema and theater will be able to remember the name of the amazingly talented actress.

Conquest of the capital

It seems that as a child, Nina Veselovskaya did not dream of a stage at all. Her parents had nothing to do with art, and her father-builder was constantly transferred from place to place. And Nina, together with her parents, changed regions, cities, schools and even institutes.

Born in the Penza region, Nina could later quite rightly say that her address is the entire Soviet Union. She lived in Kalinin and Dneprodzerzhinsk, Krasnoyarsk and Tomsk, until she finally found herself in Moscow for treatment.

Nina Veselovskaya did not return to the Tomsk Pedagogical Institute, where the girl studied before her trip to the capital. She entered an educational institution that many young people of that time could only dream of, the Moscow Art Theater School. True, she graduated from an educational institution in a different stream. In the second year, the talented student passed the tests and was approved for the role of Dasha Bulavina in the film "Walking Through the Torment".

Nina Veselovskaya knew that at the Studio School, students were forbidden to act in films, but it was absolutely impossible to miss such a chance. She perfectly understood that such luck does not come to actors often, so she decided to take a chance. Of course, it was not without consequences: she was summoned to the Komsomol meeting, scolded, even withdrew the Kachalov scholarship. But after the release of the picture on the screens, the young aspiring actress woke up famous. After that there were other films and roles, but Nina Veselovskaya remembered her very first work in cinema forever.

After receiving her diploma, she entered the troupe of the Stanislavsky Theater, where she was immediately offered the main roles. Nina Veselovskaya herself considered herself more of a theatrical actress, but after twenty years of working in the theater, the actress still quit. And then she became a full-time actress of "Mosfilm", appeared on the stage of the theater as a film actor. Later, already in the 1990s, she began to work in an enterprise, collaborated with small theater groups. She played many bright roles, and at the performances with her participation, the halls were invariably full.

In parallel, Nina Veselovskaya acted in films, however, she was always very selective in her choice of roles. Perhaps that is why there are not as many works in her filmography as in other actors. But each role was important and significant for the actress.

It is not for nothing that Nina Valentinovna considers herself a very happy person. She managed to achieve success in the profession and find true love. The one that connects people for many years.

The actress met Gennady Bobrovnikov shortly after graduating from the Moscow Art Theater School, they met for a year. As Nina Veselovskaya herself says, “they walked by the hand, then they started a family.”Gennady Nikolaevich had nothing to do with the world of art, he was a doctor of technical sciences, an incredibly educated, interesting person, the soul of the company and the most biased spectator of his wife's works.

He always came to the performances of his wife, and after that he openly expressed his opinion about the work of Nina Veselovskaya. He praised, was proud, and sometimes even scolded if he thought that she had "not finished working."

Nina Valentinovna always listened to her husband's advice, treasured his opinion. She was glad that she and her husband did not work together, because all family conversations would be reduced to the theater, roles, directors. The inability to get distracted from work would make life boring.

The spouses did not have children. As Nina Valentinovna herself says, they simply “didn't succeed”. However, the actress never dwelt on this moment, not feeling in herself an all-consuming desire to become a mother. Moreover, it was not about adoption, it was too serious: to take responsibility for the fate of the little man.

Together with Gennady Nikolaevich Nina Veselovskaya lived for more than half a century. When the actress's husband fell seriously ill in the mid-2000s, she stopped taking part in reprises. She herself looked after her husband, made sure that he did not feel lonely and abandoned.

Nina Valentinovna, who is now 88 years old, believes that love cannot last forever. But when the ardent and passionate youthful feelings leave, something else and no less important in life remains: kinship of souls, spiritual closeness, the need for each other.

In 2011, Gennady Nikolaevich died. Nina Valentinovna has lived alone since then. She often revisits old films, reads a lot and is happy when people who love and remember the actress call her. She enjoys the opportunity to communicate, talk about her life, and remember her work.

She believes that she did not live her life in vain and, probably, would not change anything in her past. If it had been different, perhaps Nina Veselovskaya would never have become an actress.
