It's nice to talk to an intelligent person about an interesting topic. So the two Sheffield-based designers do a short interview every week, turning the answer into a fun and quirky poster.

To celebrate the company's first anniversary, the founders of the British advertising agency Side by Side, Oliver Booth and Dave Greasley, decided to take on a creative side project that would give them more creative freedom and space for visual interpretation than a typical commercial brief.

Every week, Side by Side comes up with a question related to the work of the company, which they themselves answer in a poster format.

Freedom of creativity is limited by only a few rules: seven days are given for the work on each poster, the established format of the finished work is A4 (standard album sheet), and, finally, the total budget should not exceed 100 pounds (approximately 6,000 rubles).

Designers are competing with each other. Everyone is trying to surpass the "rival" and find a more witty and effective solution to answer the same question, and the form of expression is limited only by the budget. Whether it's photography, collage or sculpture, the main thing is that the result is unexpected and visually appealing.

Another creative duo is having fun in a similar way. Designers from Jordan Hadi Alaeddin and Mothanna Hussein, working under the common pseudonym Warsheh, decompose the great masterpieces of world art into their main components, applying (sometimes almost forcibly) the law of the golden ratio to them.
