Video: Tiny cement sculptures: people suffering from global warming

Many artists are trying to draw attention to the problem of global warming. A very original art project - little people made of cement, left on the streets of the largest cities in the world. They personify the helplessness of a person in the face of the elements, resignation to fate, the impossibility or unwillingness to somehow influence the environment.
Isaac cordal is a very prolific sculptor. We wrote about his work several times - for example, miniature figures on the streets of Mexico or a series of installations "Waiting for climate change" … New sculptures made of cement can still be seen in the most unexpected places - in gutters, behind ventilation grilles, in deep non-drying puddles and on abandoned wastelands. These works of art make the viewer feel extremely uncomfortable.
Each person is involuntarily imbued with pity for shabby, humble and tired figures, as if they were real people. Deep sadness on the face, lowered shoulders, hunched back - it is difficult to pass by this, remaining indifferent.
The author's cement installations are very short-lived. They drown under water, are carried away by the wind, and are forever buried under sand and stones. Often the only reminders of them are photographs, and also, much more significantly, the changes that occur in the hearts and minds of viewers.

Global warming. Melting animals in Takeshi Kawano's art project
The fauna may soon disappear the way a ball of ice cream disappears in hot coffee, and an ice cube disappears in a glass of whiskey. Global warming is not the invention of British scientists, and it is not just scientists who are worried about our common future. Thus, the Japanese sculptor Takeshi Kawano approached this problem creatively. He dedicated a small but emotional author's installation to her called Melting Animals
10 archaeological finds that have been made thanks to global warming
Relatively recently, a new trend in archeology has appeared, called "glacial". The fact is that glaciers sometimes give scientists incredible finds, which have survived only due to the fact that ancient artifacts turned out to be frozen into layers of ice and snow. In our review 10 finds that were made only thanks to global warming

Snow Vitruvian Man Against Global Warming
When Leonardo da Vinci first painted the Vitruvian man, he thought about harmony and the correct proportions of being. Now, 500 years later, the harmony of the world is under threat - and this idea was decided to convey to us by John Quigley, the author of the grandiose snowy (or rather, ice) Vitruvian man who
