Extreme photography by 37-year-old Beijing artist Li Wei sells for huge days - $ 8,000. What's so special about them? And the fact that these are not just photographs depicting the last fall of the artist from a high-rise building, but whole art performances, where the author balances on the brink, transmitting his adrenaline rush to the viewer.

Li Wei, who lives in Beijing, creates such paintings using mirrors and carefully hidden thin cables, as well as his acrobatic skills gained from regular martial arts training.
The work of a Chinese artist and photographer is a mixture of performance and photography, which creates the illusion of a dangerous reality. While performing her hair-raising stunts, Li Wei tries to convey to the viewer a sense of lost gravity. "I am simply fascinated by the unstable, volatile and dangerous sides of art and I hope that my work reflects these aspects," admits the extreme lover.

The actor-photographer admits that he loves to watch the reactions of people who see his dangerous and shocking productions.
